# What are the accepted file formats for each Triple-A process?

## In order to guarantee a secure and personalized service, adapted to your needs, we may ask you to upload specific documents

To ensure efficient processing of supported files, we kindly request that you provide your files in the following formats:

- Proof of Identity:  
  JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF (Maximum: 16MB)
- Invoice upload:  
  PDF, JPEG, PNG, JPG
- Dashboard logo:  
  PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, WEBP and SVG
