Can I upload my customers’ Proof of Identity on behalf of my customers?

Yes, merchants are able to insert payers' Proof of Identity. Read below for more information on how this can be done.

Merchants can insert the payer's POI (Proof of Identity) by inserting payer_poi  when creating a payment request
