I didn’t receive my settlement, what can I do?

Bank account settlements are triggered automatically. Here is what to do if you think there is a problem with your withdrawal:

First, make sure you have reached the withdrawal threshold. Withdrawals in local currency are triggered once your balance reaches 1000 USD or equivalent. 

If the threshold has been reached, please allow at least 1 business day (also be aware of bank holidays of involved countries) for bank transfers to be completed.
